Adopt a rabbit and give them a loving home. By adopting, you are not only changing the life of a rabbit but also opening up space for us to rescue another rabbit in need.
Adoption Policy & Requirements
Hoppy Clover Rabbit Rescue is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and lifelong well-being of every rabbit in our care. Most of the rabbits in our care come from less than desirable situations, so we carefully screen each potential adopter before meeting any of the rabbits.

The following requirements must be met for anyone who is seeking to adopt one of our rabbits.

General Requirements for Adoption
- Review the Basics of Bunny Care - Complete an adoption application and submit a photo of the area your rabbit will live. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - The primary caretaker must be an adult. We do not adopt rabbits out for pets for children. - Must not have been convicted of animal abuse/cruelty. - Bunny must live indoors full-time (rabbits must be housed indoors only). - Provide a safe, bunny-proofed environment (no cages/hutches). - Understand that rabbits require daily care, social interaction, and are a 10-12 year commitment. - Be willing to complete an interview, and home setup review (photos or virtual) -Provide proof of current RHDV2 vaccination for all rabbits in the household. - Agree that the rabbit(s) remain in your personal care and are not to be rehomed, sold, or given away. - All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered. - Be open to ongoing communication with the rescue. -If you’re adopting to bond with an existing rabbit, please be prepared to keep the adopted rabbit as a single if the bond doesn’t work out.
